JVJ processes personal data to provide legal services and to communicate with you. We use your data for the following purposes, among others:
• Providing legal services, including counseling, mediation, litigation and defense of claims.

• Collecting claims.
• Complying with legal obligations.

In addition, in certain cases, JVJ may process personal data based on your consent or when there is a legitimate interest.

JVJ may process the following categories of personal data:

• Contact information (such as e-mail address, phone number and address)
• Company details
• Financial Information
• Other information provided by you to JVJ or obtained from public sources or third parties, such as opposing parties.

JVJ shares your personal data with third parties only when necessary for the performance of our services or to comply with legal obligations. This may include:

Please note that third parties engaged by JVJ, such as accountants or notaries, are responsible for their own compliance with the GDPR.

JVJ takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorized access. This takes into account the state of the art and the nature of the processing.

JVJ does not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period.

You can submit your request via patricia@jouwvastgoedjurist.nl. JVJ will respond to your request within four weeks. In some cases, we may not be able to fully comply with your request, for example, due to legal retention obligations or our duty of confidentiality.
If you believe that JVJ is not handling your personal data correctly, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
9. Changes to this Privacy Statement
JVJ reserves the right to change this privacy statement. The most recent version is always published at www.jouwvastgoedjurist.nl.
10. Language Version
In case of discrepancies between the Dutch and foreign-language versions of this document, the Dutch version shall prevail.
