My prices and what to expect.

1. Intake - €129 An intake is a one-time introductory online consultation of 30 minutes in which:

• We discuss your situation and clarify the key issues

• I provide initial guidance.

• I assess whether legal help is needed and what next step is appropriate.

2. Legal Session – €235

A Legal Session is a 60-minute online meeting in which:

• We go through your case together.

• You receive clear legal advice and concrete next steps.

• I help you with decision-making and defining the right strategy.

3. Hourly rate - €235 per hour.

For more complex matters, I work on an hourly basis, including:

• Reviewing or drafting legal documents.

• Negotiating agreements or resolving disputes.

• Mediation and binding advice.

• Guidance and representation in proceedings before the subdistrict and administrative courts. For certain procedures, Dutch law requires representation by an attorney ("advocaat"). I collaborate with experienced attorneys.

  
  Important to know:

• All rates are excluding 21% VAT.

• The intake and Legal Session must be paid in advance.

• For hourly-based services I require a non-refundable retainer of 2 hours upfront.

• Hours are recorded in units of 6 minutes rounded up.
