My prices and what to expect.

1. Intake - €99 An intake is an introductory consultation in which:

• We discuss your situation and clarify the key issues.

• I assess whether legal help is needed and what next step is appropriate.

If you continue with me on an hourly basis within a week, the intake will be settled.

2. Legal Question & Answer session - €300

In this session, you will get a practical and focused answer to a specific legal question. You will get:

• An analysis of your question.

• A clear legal advice or step-by-step plan to move forward immediately.

3. Hourly rate - €225 per hour.

For more complex matters, I work on an hourly basis, including:

• Reviewing or drafting legal documents.

• Negotiating agreements or resolving disputes.

• Guidance and representation in proceedings before the subdistrict and administrative courts.

• Mediation and binding advice.

• Projects.

Important to know:

• All rates are excluding 21% VAT.

• Intake and Q&A session fees must be paid in advance.

• For hourly-based cases, a minimum advance payment of 2 hours is required upfront.

• Intake and legal Q&A sessions are conducted online or by phone.
